Green Green Grass.com ™ ships within the continental U.S. All on-line orders $100 and over within the continental U.S. receive FREE SHIPPING. No mail order or checks, please. Orders under $100 or by phone are charged a flat rate of $8.50. All products are shipped within 48 hrs of receipt. Normal shipping is by UPS/FedEx/USPS ground. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. We can ship by Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day service at an additional charge. Please indicate on order form.

Returns / refunds

Green Green Grass.com ™ has a 30 day UNCONDITIONAL MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE on all products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from Green Green Grass.com ™, you may return the unopened product for a refund. Please call customer service prior to returning product for an authorization with instructions and location for returning product. Please include the product, reason for return, packing slip if any, and any documentation necessary for us to process your refund. You will be issued a refund for the full amount less shipping and 15% restocking fee upon receipt of the product.
